Here is my new soul expressions from many years in the making.

By sitting in circle together we discover our collective wisdom and heal the sisterhood.

We weave the sacred feminine back into our daily lives and help restore balance on our planet.

Together we discover how to traverse rites of passage and the many phases of woman with greater ease and embodiment.

We find a deeper connection with self and reclaim even more of our Wise, Wild, Authentic Woman, SHE.

Private Sessions

From when I became a yoga teacher almost 30 years ago now I always loved teaching privately. Holding space is natural for me.

As I moved into being a celebrant for births, deaths and marriages I discovered ritual and weaving the sacred into life was also critical off the mat too.

I have been holding women’s circles and retreats for decades. As a doula I continued my no BS approach to the light and dark of life.

A private session to discuss the transition across any season of life will provide you with new insight, meaning and direction.
